WHAT TO EXPECT

Before we start training, we will have a free consultation. This is a great way for us to get to know one another, and discuss your goals and current lifestyle. From there I will take a number of measurements and put you through various screening exercises so that a truly bespoke package catering for your individual needs can be developed.

Dieting doesn’t have to consist of eating boring and bland food every day. You’ll have access to a vast number of delicious low calorie recipes on my website.

An online profile where information/videos/comments of your sessions will be uploaded

You will have access to a password protected profile on my website. It’s a great way to monitor progress, understand why we did certain exercises, and to remind yourself of any additional information, such as stretches that would be advantageous.
